Our in-house Membership Plan is designed specifically for patients without dental insurance, giving you access to essential preventive care and significant savings — with none of the hassles of traditional insurance like deductibles, waiting periods, or annual maximums.
The Park Center Family Dentistry Membership Plan is not dental insurance and not a discount plan. It is a comprehensive membership that provides real value and makes quality dental care affordable for individuals and families in the Laurel, Beltsville, Columbia, and Fort Meade communities.
What’s Included in Our Dental Membership Plan
For each enrolled member, you will receive the following benefits over a 12-month period:
- Two professional dental cleanings to keep your teeth and gums healthy
- Two comprehensive checkup exams with Dr. Tran at your cleaning visits
- All necessary dental x-rays available in our office
- Topical fluoride treatments twice per year (for children 16 and under)
- 15% discount off our standard fees on all additional dental treatment
Membership Plan Pricing

Additional family members must enroll at the same time as the first member. The enrollment fee is paid in full at the start of your 12-month plan period. Flexible payment options are available through CareCredit healthcare financing.
How Our Membership Plan Works
Getting started is simple. Your plan begins the day you complete enrollment and payment, and lasts for a full 365 days. All eligible preventive and discounted treatment must be completed within that period. Most of our membership patients choose to renew each year, and renewal is seamless — your new plan picks up right where the previous one ended.

Important Plan Details
- The Membership Plan is available exclusively to patients who do not currently have dental insurance. If you become eligible for dental insurance during your plan period, the membership becomes null and void.
- All treatment is provided by Dr. Tran and our experienced hygiene team at our Laurel, MD office located at 14207 Park Center Drive, Suite 105.
- Referrals to outside specialists are not covered under the plan.
- For patients with a history of periodontal disease requiring 3–4 maintenance visits per year, the plan covers 2 visits. Additional visits receive the 15% discount.
- Enrollment fees are non-refundable.
- Payment is due at time of service. We reserve the right to withhold treatment if there is an outstanding balance on your account.
- Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to fees and/or may count as one of your included visits.
- A fee of up to $50 may apply for problem-oriented visits outside of your two regular cleanings.
- This plan does not apply to treatment related to Workers’ Compensation or Employer Liability Claims.
